Esquire Magazine and The Trump Organization will unveil their one-of-a-kind, modern living space – The Esquire Apartment – at The Trump World Tower at 845 United Nations Plaza in New York City. Mirage Incognita custom series speakers as well as an array of designs featuring Omnipolar technology will be the speakers of choice. Mirage designs were chosen as the speaker supplier adorning each room of the 5,425 square foot, four bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom penthouse on the 89 floor of The Trump World Tower.
“The Esquire Apartment isn’t your typical showhouse,” said Kevin C. O’Malley, publisher of Esquire Magazine. “We’re incorporating so many unique ideas to make this an interactive experience. Instead of simply looking at the space and appreciating the unique elements within it, our Apartment will be tactile – from the seating areas to the home electronics equipment. This is first and foremost a modern living space.”
Esquire has amassed a wide array of brand support for the Apartment. Participating sponsors include: Absolut, Armani Casa, Armani Fragrance, Bang & Olufsen, Bombay Sapphire, Bruno Magli, Buick, Calvin Klein, Cole Haan, Dewar's 12, Dunhill, Eddie Bauer, Façonnable, General Electric, Gillette, Gucci Fragrances, Joseph Abboud, Ligne Roset, Malo, Mirage Speakers, Nautica, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Sony and St. Pauli Girl.
The newly decorated space will be unveiled with a star-studded opening night party on October 9 celebrating the annual “Women We Love” issue, which this year celebrates 70 Years of “Women We Love” in commemoration of Esquire’s 70 Anniversary. Throughout the months of October, November and December, the Esquire Apartment will be host to many high-profile events, including: an evening with New York’s most revered and high-profile sports stars to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation; an exclusive party with Katie Couric for the National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance; the launch of famed photographer Harry Benson’s book Once There Was a Way, chronicling the Beatles’ historic trip to America; an evening of music to benefit God’s Love We Deliver; and many live music events, private dinners, lounge nights and viewing parties.
“We are very proud that the exclusive product range from our Mirage speaker line is the choice for this of interior design team. We have chosen Stereo Exchange of Manhattan for their high end expertise to assist us with the design and installation of these sound systems” ”said Howard Heiber, President Miarge Speakers.
