Mirage Loudspeakers, a division of Audio Products International Inc, announced the release of the new Omni Series loudspeaker lineup. Designed by Andrew Welker, chief engineer at Mirage, the Omni Series loudspeakers features the patented Omniguide, a proprietary component, which utilizes an angled dispersion saucer, that when coupled with the pure titanium hybrid tweeter and titanium deposit drivers, produce 360-degree sound dispersion. This delivers natural and lifelike sound to all areas of the room and eliminates the need for precise speaker placement.

The Omni Series line features the patented Omniguide in all models including the OMNI 250, 260 floor standing models, OMNI 50, 60 bookshelf models, Omni CC center channel and OMNI FX surround speakers. The flagship model OMNI 260 features magnetically shielding tower construction with dual 6-1/2” Titanium Deposit Hybrid woofers, 1” Pure Titanium Hybrid tweeter and 200- Watts Power handling. MSRP ($500 USD each). The OMNI 250 is a compact version of the OMNI 260 and has all of the same features except for dual 5-1/2” woofers and 150- Watt Power Handling. (MSRP $400 USD each).

Sold in pairs, the OMNI 60 is a compact shielded bookshelf model with single 6-1/2” Titanium Deposit Hybrid woofer and 1” Pure Titanium Hybrid tweeter and 125-Watt Power. (MSRP $600 USD per pair). The OMNI 50 has a 5-1/2” Titanium Deposit Hybrid woofer and Pure Titanium Hybrid tweeter and 125-Watt Power Handling (MSRP $500 USD per pair). The OMNI CC Center Channel is a three way design which houses dual 4-1/2” Titanium Deposit Hybrid woofers, a single 3” Polypropylene Titanium Deposit Hybrid midrange, and a 1” Pure Titanium Hybrid tweeter. All of the above are available in a matte black or cherry finish. The OMNI FX is an Omnipolar surround speaker with 5-1/2” Titanium Deposit Hybrid woofers, 1” Pure Titanium Hybrid tweeter and 125- Watts Power handling. Color choices are either matte black or white (MSRP $200 USD each).
