When Klipsch updates a line, Klipsch does it big. The latest update to the Reference II series includes 17 new speakers. That includes five floorstanding speakers, four bookshelf speakers, four center channel speakers, and four surround speakers.
"The dynamic and detailed sound combined with a vast array of speaker sizes will undoubtedly accommodate any users’ needs and produce an unrivalled sound experience," says Klipsch VP of product development Mark Casavant. Reference II series loudspeakers all feature Cerametallic woofer cones that ensure a tight response and Tractrix tweeters designed to reduce distortion and give an open sound. "Whether you’re listening to music or watching movies, the new Reference II Speakers sound so realistic it’s like you’re being transported to the artist’s recording studio or the film’s scene," says Casavant, adding that Klipsch is constantly working to "enhance our highly efficient, signature sound." The new line of Klipsch products starts as low as $229 for a center channel and as high as $3,198 for a pair of floorstanding speakers. |
