The new DigitalMedia (DM) line is now shipping from Creston. This device controls and manage all uncompressed digital and analog signals over twisted fiber. The DM uses a matrix switcher at its core, which are card-based and extremely flexible. These matrix switchers will receive any signal, and transmit them as digital DM signals, capable of reaching long distances.
Through either twisted pair or copper wiring, users can send signals up to one kilometer while still retaining perfect quality, such as Deep Color and 1080p resolution.
The device outputs HDMI signals to the displays. It requires a receiver box mounted near the display, which features a compact and sleek design that will be nearly flush to the wall and can hide behind the display itself. nce powered-on, the DM requires no manual networking or programming. All of the setup is done through a menu on the device or routed through a laptop.
