The 077 pre-amp adds more versatility to their lineup, because it allows consumers to choose between an internal power supply (SRP $39,995) or a two-box external power supply (SRP $54,995), as well as offering a new exterior design.
This pre-amp includes the X-AMP2 technology that makes Burmester products great, and a new, self-balancing phono stage that balances channels in real time. The 077 also comes with a phono card that vinyl collectors will find useful for easy connection to turntables. Another highlight of the 077 is the DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter) module that allows the device to be connected to an iPod, computer, CD player or an older unit.
The 082 Integrated Amplifier (SRP $15,995) improves upon the style of older Burmester products by providing the same great quality sound with a sleeker exterior. The consumer will find this model best used in a stereo or home audio setup, and will experience rich tones and warm, vigorous sound.
The 087 Classic Line Surround Processor (SRP $15,995) is an affordable multi-channel component that is fully equipped with DC coupling, and offers a dynamic range that is adjustable in three steps, to give consumers the most control over their sound.
