Halcro
has released four new amplifiers to bolster their Logic Series of home
theater products. Featuring LYRUS amplification technology, a new
circuit design, which exhibits a low noise floor and low distortion,
the Halcro Logic Series is available in seven, five, three and
two-channel models.
Bruce Candy, a commercial physicists and passionate audiophile, developed LYRUS technology. LYRUS is the only high performance Class-D amplification technology on the world market. It delivers very low levels of Total Harmonic Distortion, the key feature of the Halcro range of monoblock and stereo amplifiers. The LYRUS amplification modules developed for Halcro can be removed via the rear panel for ease of service. With Ethernet and RS232 connections included as standard connections, the Halcro Logic power amplifiers can be manually controlled, through triggers or home automation software. For service convenience, Halcro’s Reliability Assurance Service program (HRAS) is an advanced automated alert system, which gives the Halcro Logic home theater owner the knowledge that their system is working efficiently. In the event one or more channels in a multi-channel amplifier becomes faulty, the amplifier will send an email to Halcro or a local dealer with a fault notification via an Ethernet connection to the homeowner’s computer. The dealer will be requested to contact the customer to arrange for replacement of the faulty channel. |
