Bang & Olufsen have unveiled an automated behemoth of a TV – a 103-inch, 1080p set called the BeoVision 4-103. It will be available this July, and will retail for a suggested price of $135,000.
The automated screen will rise and tilt to the customer’s pre-programmed position, and the BeoLab 10 center loudspeakers will move toward the front of the screen when the TV is powered on. Upon standby, the process reverses and the TV returns to its original position. It uses VisionClear technology to ensure that colors and brightness are at an optimal level, and it will even recalibrate itself every 120 hours.
