Jamo Announces A 804 On-Wall Speaker

With the amount of flat-panel HDTVs being mounted on the wall, it is only natural that more manufacturers release on-wall speakers. Jamo has recently released its A 804 on-wall speaker. It is design to work as an LCR, but is also capable of being used for surround performance.

The A 804 is 3.9-inches thick and contains a 3-way configuration. There are dual 4.5-inch woofers as well as a 3/4-inch silk dome tweeter. Bass response apparently reaches to 70 Hz, so a subwoofer is still necessary.

The A 804 is easy to mount and blends nicely with black-framed TVs. It is scheduled for release in January 2009 with a price of $449.
