Warner
Music Vision has just announces the August 25, 2003 U.K. release of the
classic Frank Sinatra live album, Live At The Sands and Chicago V,
which contains the hit singles "Saturday In The Park" and "Dialogue."
'Live At The Sands' was originally recorded in 1966 at the Sands Hotel, Las Vegas, according to many critics. This album remains the definitive way to experience Frank Sinatra live and it should be even better in DVD-A. Classics such as "Come Fly With Me," "Fly Me To The Moon" and "Luck Be A Lady" are performed and he delights the audience with hilarious on stage banter about his Rat Pack buddies and his days as a youth. The DVD-A contains exclusive photographs of Sinatra with the Count Basie Orchestra, as well as the original album liner notes. 'Saturday In The Park' became a gold single and went on to become of the biggest and most requested songs on classic rock radio. As with most DVD-Audio album releases, Chicago V includes exclusive extras such as a Photo Gallery containing many previously unpublished photographs and a bonus live version of Dialogue, originally recorded in 1972. |
