Music Unlimited offers two different subscription plans. The first, at $3.99 a month, gives you access to genre stations and lets you use Qriocity as an internet radio service that tailors itself to your tastes. It's a nice way to set the tone for an evening in or pass the time while at work.
A premium subscription will cost you $9.99 a month, but has a lot more potential. You can search for the artist, song or album you want to listen to it and play it on demand.
The selection seems a bit limited - newer albums aren't available from all artists and some artists are missing completely - but Sony says that thousands of new tracks are added each week.
In addition to using the service on the PC, you can access it on all 2010 and 2011 connected TVs, Blu-ray players, home theater systems and PlayStation 3 consoles.
To check out the program for yourself, swing on over to Qriocity. You can pick up a free trial of the unlimited streaming service while you're there and try it out for yourself.
