Van Halen reunion tour rumors have been circulating for years, but former Van Halen front men David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar have decided to ignore them and launch their own co-headlining tour.
The tour kicks off Wednesday May 29, 2002 in Cleveland, OH and wraps up in Gorge, WA on June 29, 2002.
Tickets go on sale April 20 for the Cleveland, Detroit (May 31) and Indianapolis (June 2) shows. Future on-sale concert dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
The tour has been named "Song For Song, The Heavyweight Champs of Rock ‘N Roll." No official announcement has been made as to how many Van Halen songs will be performed, but you can bet you’ll hear some of your favorite VH classics and Van Hagar tunes along with Roth and Hagar’s solo work.
Dates as of April 15, 2002
Dates subject to change.
