If you've been waiting to get a good look at Sony's new TVs before buying a new set, you'll be glad to know that the wait is over. Sony's new Bravias are shipping now.At the top of the line is the XBR-HX929, which is available at 46 inches ($2,999), 55 inches ($3,799) and in a 65 inch screen size with a price yet to be announced. It boasts Sony's X-Reality Pro image processing tech, Intelligent Peak LED backlighting and Corning Gorilla Glass.The three HX-929 models are Full HD 3D capable, along with 34 other televisions from Sony across a range of prices. That's the majority of the sets coming from Sony. All of Sony's 3D televisions and a few standard sets feature internet capability. This gets you access to a variety of services, including a newly redesigned Netflix interface, Sony Crackle for free movies, Billabong for extreme sports and Moshcam for live concerts. All 37 models will be shipping to retailers this month. |
