LG has also opened a new OLED plant, but it's not creating the panels you might expect.  The new plant is only making white panels, but it's making them for 55" TVs.  A few ideas about what they're planning have been kicked around and it seems most likely that LG is going to be using the color filter tech they recently acquired from Kodak to create a different type of OLED.  We'll know more as the plant goes into production later this year.
