When the first consumer TVs to take advantage of UHD resolution were announced, it seemed like they were all going to hover in the 84 inch range, but LG is bringing things down to the living room level. Their newest 4K sets will be coming in sizes more appropriate to the average living room – 55 and 65 inches. Prices haven't been announced yet, and we don't expect to see that happen until after CES.
TVs aren't the only thing that LG is bringing into higher resolutions this year. They've got a 30 inch 4K computer monitor for professional and medical uses and they're even launching a laptop with a 13 inch screen and a 2,560 x 1,700 resolution. |
