Glasses-free 3D has, so far, been limited to fairly small displays like those on Nintendo's 3DS and laptop screens. The newest monitor from LG steps that up a bit to a 25 inch screen. It's not something for the living room obviously, but it's a nice start.
With glasses-free parallax displays there has always been an issue of viewing angle. If you're not in the exact right spot, most displays won't look like they should. LG says that thanks to a head-tracking camera built into the monitor, you won't have this problem. The DX2500 monitor has already launched in Korea, but we'll be seeing it in early 2012 at a price of $1,100.
