The latest projector from Sanyo, the PLC-HF10000L, boasts Real 2K resolution with absolutely no image compression. That means instead of getting the 1920 x 1080 that makes up 1080p video, you'll be seeing your movies in 2048 x 1080.
The PLC-HF10000L boasts QuaDrive technology, which adds a yellow control device to the already existing red, green and blue ones. It's like Sharp's new TVs, but in projector form. The PLC-HF10000L is the first of Sanyo's QuaDrive projectors to boast this improved resolution. Thanks to the Durable Inorganic Optical System, which works in tandem with QuaDrive, you'll get a 3,000:1 contrast ratio and an extension on the life of your optical system. You'll be able to pick up the new Sanyo PLC-HF10000L this November at a price of $34,995. |
