TiVo and PayPal Team to Enable Purchases From Your TV

Have you ever watched a commercial and thought to yourself "boy I'd like one of those, but I really don't want to go anywhere to get it?" TiVo and PayPal know the feeling, and they're making things even easier by adding PayPal payments to TiVo's interactive ads. You'll be able to link up your PayPal account and pick up products with a touch of a button.

This is a really cool idea that could be put to all sorts of great uses, but at the same time, if you've ever been sitting at home late at night – maybe after coming home from the bar – watching a terrible informercial, you can see how this could go really bad really fast. Impulse shopping at its finest.
