Though Google TV had a rocky start it's showing some signs of improvement. It's also becoming more widely adopted which is a good thing for a platform that's trying to woo more customers and developers. LG is the latest to announce a Google TV infused television - one that they'll be showing at CES next week.
LG hasn't revealed all the details of the set yet, but does say that the Wii like Magic Remote with QWERTY keyboard will be included. One big mystery is whether the new Google TV will be using the recently phased out Intel chip or the Marvell chip that's just been adopted by Google TV. If the latter, the TV will boast Qdeo video processing and a speedier, more efficient design. |
