Sadly, FLO TV is closing its doors after slow adoption of the product, but they're making sure that customers get something back. In fact, they're making sure customers get everything back and then some.
If you picked up a FLO TV device, the company will be hooking you up with a full refund. You won't have to send it in either. As long as you've activated the device on your account, you simply need to fill out a form and wait for your check.
Those that bought accessories directly from FLO TV will be getting their money back on those too, though anyone that bought accessories from a third party will have to take the loss.
Say what you will about the now-failed venture, this is the kind of customer service we like to see.
