Audio Video Industry Reaches Out To Support Victims
AudioRevolution.com was devastated to learn of the horrific, cowardly attack on New York and Washington on Tuesday. Our prayers go out to the victims while and we offer our deepest sympathies to the families of the fallen.America’s call for action is fully justifiable. While we don’t always agree with President Bush politically, AudioRevolution.com unequivocally supports his leadership in this time of crisis. We are confident that the bastards responsible for this act of hatred will be punished at unprecedented levels. The big question is, what can we do? Giving blood is always a good idea. Reporting even the smallest of leads to the FBI is also helpful. As for donations, AudioRevolution.com and our public relations firm, Caster Communications, have each contributed funds in the name of our clients though AudioRevolution.com’s affiliate, Amazon.com. In three days, Amazon has impressively raised over $5,200,000 with the minimum gift set at $1 and the maximum gift being $100. It is important to note that Amazon.com is covering the credit card fees, so every penny of your donation will be sent to the Red Cross. One of the goals of this terrorist act is to disrupt the world economy and to strike fear in the hearts of peace-loving free nations. While buildings may fall, our spirits will not. We can exact our bit of revenge by making donations, offering our sympathies to those suffering and, lastly, getting on with our lives with a renewed dedication to the principles that make our country great. |
