Bang & Olufsen Stuns With BeoSound 5 Media Center
Bang & Olufsen is always known for their design, more than their sonic fidelity.  But now, the company officially announces the coming of BeoSound 5.  While still offering a unique design, the company has actually given the consumers something to fawn over.

The BeoSound 5 is the next evolution in Media Center Pcs.  The oddly shaped device contains a 10-inch LCD control screen.  The media server portion includes a 500GB hard drive.  There is a host of inputs and outputs, including DVI and HDMI outputs, allowing for high-definition video.

Sadly, all this comes at a rather large price of about $5,200.  For half that price you can buy a fully tricked out Home Theater PC with touchscreen control monitor.  But, keep the designs coming Bang & Olufsen.

I'm not really sure what rock you've been living under, but the sonic fidelity
comment doesn't fit at all. What about their BeoLab 5 loudspeakers. They've
been available for years, and there are few loudspeakers that can match their
sound.
