iPhone and iPad owners now have a new way to enjoy movies - the App Edition. Warner's newest contribution to the digital media landscape is now available for both the iPhone and iPad. They're calling it the App Edition and it actually sounds really interesting.
Two movies - 'Inception' and 'The Dark Knight' - have been released initially. Both App Editions are free to download and let you watch the first five minutes of the movie as well as preview some of the special features. It's not just a preview feature though. Once you've downloaded the free app, you can pay to get the full version which includes the movie itself and special features like behind-the-scenes footage, photos, trailers and deleted scenes. You can pick up the full version of 'Inception: App Edition' for $11.99 and 'The Dark Knight: App Edition' for $9.99. |
