The folks at Panasonic have some big things coming down the pipe with their new TVs. You'll find a slew of impressive sets this year, but the biggest news is the ET5, which marks the company's first venture into passive 3D. It's an LED backlit set that allows you to use theatrical glasses at home and it's out this month in 47" and 55" versions, but the smaller 42" model won't be out until April.
The ST50 isn't groundbreaking in the way the ET5 is, but it's a plasma TV line that features just about everything you could want out of a plasma. You get 3D capabilities, a 1080p resolution, 2D to 3D conversion, built-in Wi-Fi and an eight speaker array. Most models are out now, but you'll need to wait until April for the 65" version. Size makes a difference in release date for the UT50 as well - the 55" UT50 will be hitting in April while the 60" set comes in May.
