You can do it on your Xbox but you still can't do it on your PC – at least, not for under a few hundred bucks. Leap is changing up the game with their new Motion Controller, which sits below your monitor or TV and detects your gestures. Not only that, it does it for just $70.
The Leap Motion Controller works with both Windows and Mac computers and boasts some impressive specs in terms of tracking ability. It's capable of tracking all ten of your fingers individually and handles movements of up to 1/100th of a millimeter. This could be a boon for folks enjoying programming on their HTPCs. The Leap Motion Controller is available to preorder online and will be a Best Buy exclusive when it comes out this spring. |
