We've come a long way when it comes to streaming video, but we're not where we need to be yet. Still, a study by Rovi Corp shows that 25 percent of Americans surveyed described the video streaming quality on their smartphone or tablet as excellent. Outside of the US, it was under 20 percent.
What came as a bit of a surprise is that a whopping 80 percent of those who use their smartphones and tablets for streaming did so at home.
