Alright, admittedly, it is kind of a cool idea.  The lights are LEDs, which use 10 watts of power to put out as much light as a traditional 65 watt bulb.  They've also got a wireless receiver built-in and of course, 70mm speakers.

Sound quality aside, there's something to be said for the sheer convenience of it.  On one remote you'll have your dimmer, your on/off switch and your music selector.  You can stream from a variety of sources, including your mobile device.  The lights will be sold in pairs along with a controller when they launch this fall.  No price has yet been announced.
