The Niagara Falls are an awe inspiring sight.  A towering torrent of endlessly flowing water falling one hundred and sixty seven feet before finally hitting the water below, the falls may be one of the most beautiful sites on the planet.  Waterfall Audio’s Niagara speaker is a pretty impressive sight too; a four foot tall pillar of glass with speakers appearing to float inside.

It seems odd to associate speakers with waterfalls, considering the tremendous amount of noise generated by the seemingly infinite cascade.  Waterfall’s Niagara speakers are of course built for clarity and quality of sound.  Custom built Atohm drivers provide the sound along with a pair of Glass Horn tweeters so delicate that they’re shipped separately to ensure safe arrival.  The Niagara is also equipped with the Acoustic Dampening Tube (ADT), which helps to eliminate vibration without ruining the aesthetic of the speaker itself.

Most intriguing about the speakers though, is the look.  Made of ¾ inch thick Diamond Glass – which has a greater transparency than that of regular glass – the Niagara speakers are fantastic looking.  The question of price is certainly a problem for the Niagara speakers.  They cost nearly ten times that of other offerings by Waterfall, available on Amazon now at a steep $54,000 .

Well, I would soon spend $6K on Martin Logan ESL
and take the remaining $48K and
invest it in
the market...GE...CISCO or something else.
