Warner Music Vision announced the June 23, 2003 release of six DVDs from legends within the blues, jazz and rock genres.

Psychedelic High/Hard Rockin'/Guitar Gods Warner Music Vision's special triple DVD set Rock Icons, tops the release line up for June. Featuring Foreigner and Eric Burdon & The Animals.

'Feels Like The First Time - The Foreigner Story' provides a genuine insight into the band, which flew the international banner for adult-orientated rock through out the 70's and 80's. Famous for producing memorable rockers such as Cold As Ice and Hot Blooded, plus the hit ballads I Want To Know What love is and Waiting For A Girl Like You, Foreigner defined an era and created a musical legacy.

The Eric Burdon & The Animals DVD features live footage of some of Eric's greatest hits, including The House of The Rising Sun, We Gotta Get Out of This Place and When I Was Young and Shout. Packed with extras such as interviews with the man himself, Sammy Hagar and other members of the band, rock enthusiasts can now witness the controversial story behind the sound that still reigns influential in the music world today.

The Essential History of The Blues DVD is a documentary that features rare performances and historical footage tracing the development of the blues. It includes performances from Son House, Bessie Smith, Mamie Smith and Ethel Waters, plus the only known performance of Leadbelly.

The Jazz Masters Vintage Collection Vol.1 is a package of famous jazz broadcast. A one all-star studio session with some of the giants of post-war jazz captured together performing a series of classic set pieces. Featuring: Henry Red Allen, Count Basie, Thelonious Monk, Jimmy Giuffre, Jimmy Rushing and a sequence from Billie Holiday with Lester Young as one of her accompanists. Vol.2 features more jazz material from vintage American television, with performances from Ahmad Jamal and Buck Clayton, plus the 'Sound of Miles Davis' broadcast in its entirety - with Miles and the incomparable John Coltrane in one of his few surviving TV appearances.

Stan Getz, the famous, uncompromising, major saxophonist in jazz, is captured live in concert on this DVD. The glory of Getz's tone is supported by his trio and an enthusiastic audience.
