Originally
launched in 2003, the Linn CLASSIK integrated home theatre system gets
an update for 2006. The new CLASSIK Movie combines a high-quality DVD
player, CD player and AM/FM radio with a pre-amplifier and power
amplifiers in a compact and stylish package. This 5.1 capable unit
integrates seamlessly with other entertainment products like most games
consoles, satellite receivers and MP3 players and can be the center of
a home entertainment system.
A sleek new design makes the new CLASSIK Movie look great in any room
according to Linn. The front panel controls give immediate access to
CD, DVD and radio and the disc drawer is easily accessible yet
discreetly concealed in the display window. The CLASSIK Movie can be
integrated into a professionally installed Linn Knekt multi-room audio
system. CLASSIK Movie is available in a choice of finishes including standard black and white, and Silver and Graphite to complement Linn’s KOMPONENT loudspeakers and is priced at $4,395 US.
