TV providers and customers alike have been talking about the dream of TV Everywhere for some time now. Thanks to DISH TV, it's finally here.
No matter where you are, as long as you've got access to the internet and a compatible device, you can watch live television and stream content from your DVR. You'll need a $99 Sling adapter from DISH and a ViP 722 or 722k HD DVR to make it work. Once set up, you can access your content from a variety of devices including the iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Blackberry or from a Windows or Mac computer. You can also manage recordings, delete old shows, and use your mobile device as a remote control. It's not just a WiFi thing either. The SlingPlayer Mobile technology packed into DISH Remote Access is compatible with both traditional internet signals and 3G access. |
