The Wilson CUB II Loudspeaker is ready to roll for U.S. and worldwide distribution. Priced at $7,500, plus $2,590 for color-matched stands, Wilson’s new CUB II loudspeakers feature a redesigned tweeter and cabinet design poured from the same resin as the $40,000 a pair MAXX loudspeakers. The CUB IIs are two inches shallower and have an overall smaller footprint than CUB Is. For no extra charge, the CUB IIs are available in shielding to protect your tube TV sets and big screens from ugly and potentially damaging video gauging.
CUB IIs will compete with the Revel Studio ($9,995) and Martin Logan’s new Prodigy hybrid elctrostatic loudspeakers ($9,999). |
