Audioengine has made some improvements to their flagship A5 speakers and packaged them in the form of the aptly named A5+.  The A5+ is designed to play nice with your computer and even your iDevice thanks to a built in USB port that allows you to charge while playing music through the headphone jack.

The Audioengine 5+ doesn't require an external amplifier since it packs a pair of Class A/B power amps.  Those amps send sound out through 5" Kevlar woofers and 0.75" silk dome tweeters. It packs a pair of RCA ports, one in and one out, as well as a 3.5mm input jack. The Audioengine 5+ is available now at a price of $399.  The original Audioengine 5 is still available at $299.
