Sharp Introduces a Pair of 3D Capable Blu-ray Players

Sharp's going all out with 3D at CEDIA this week, starting with the announcement of a pair of 3D capable Blu-ray players.
Both the BD-HP90U and BD-HP80U are ready for installation thanks to the
inclusion of 75mm VESA mounting brackets The HP90U steps it up a bit by
including an RS232 port and the ability to operate horizontally or
vertically.
Sharp's new players are 3D capable, and offer "dot-by-dot" 1080p
delivery when attached to the new 3D Quattron TV thanks to Aquos Pure
Mode. Both the players also offer the ability to decode the latest HD
audio formats with full 7.1 channel lossless audio.
You'll be able to pick up Sharp's new players later this month. The BD-HP80U will run $429, while the HP90U runs $499.
