The FMJ BDP100 was designed to impress, with a strong focus on audio. Thanks to the inclusion of Wolfson Audio 8741 DACs, a Bessel output filter and a high precision re-clocking system, Arcam says their new Blu-ray player will rival dedicated CD players in audio quality.
Arcam's new player offers a nearly direct path for video signal to ensure that no interruptions occur. The FMJ BDP100 also utilizes broadcast quality digital video clocks, which results in a high picture quality.
The BDP100 comes with a variety of custom install features as well, including an RC-5 remote input, a full suite of discrete RC-5 codes, a 12 Volt trigger and full duplex RS232 control.
The FMJ BDP100 from Arcam is available now in black or silver for $1,499.
