Panamax Announces New AC Power Component

Panamax is targeting home theater owners with limited available space with their latest product. The MX5102 is designed to protect against power surges, powers down connected equipment safely during a power outage, features linear filtration, and two of the ten outlets include UPS functionality.

Connected equipment will retain their data, startup information and configuration after an unexpected power outage, and hard-disk crashes are avoided. The MX5102 is available as a rackmount or a standalone unit, and is selling now for a suggested price of $649.95.
