Howard TV on Dish Network & DirecTV?

Does anyone know if Howard Stern's Howard TV will ever be available over satellite dishes? I know it's in HD on Cable providers who have On-Demand.

I think the content is too x-rated.

The idea of seeing "Sal the Stockbroker" and Richard Christy performing outwardly gay acts might be better suited for the Internet and DVD...
