Space Station Live
The Discovery HD show Space Station Live has a great picture!
The detail of the interiors is very good, it looks almost like I can reach into the picture. The views of our planet is just breathtaking! It has a 3D look to it, from the textures of the mountains, the reflections of rivers & the clouds & storms just blows me away, they show a definite 3D look! This is some great HDTV! I saved this show on my DVR to show my friends what good HD looks like! I'm hoping NASA TV is one of the 100 new HD channels DirecTV will be launching next month. I have seen Hubble telescope shots in HD & wow do they look good! You all really need to catch this show!  I'm watching this on a DirecTV HR20-700 HD-DVR in 1080i thru HDMI on a Sony KDS-R70XBR2. |

Discovery HD is one of the best feeds in my area as well, it is almost always on in any store that sells TV's. I also love the engineering shows... Yes, I am a geek at heart.
