With all the video downloading services out on the Internet today it is easy for consumers to get confused on exactly what quality video they are watching. Video codecs, vide bitrates, streaming, buffering, etc, etc, gives too many people headaches. Mark Cuban lends his wisdom as to what is really going on with Internet video and its impact on what is real HD video.

I think he has some very excellent points, but it is then a question of linking the various sub-services like Internet and TV under a single command and control cloud - which sounds like the beginning of another telecommunication monopoly!
