McIntosh Turntable
I saw it with my own two eyes at CEDIA.
Its a perfect product for them. The look matches the entire line and they REALLY speak to the old-school audiophile who might just want to add a record player into his theater. If I ran McIntosh I would also make an internet radio for the same reasons. I know it sounds crazy but there are a LOT of good Internet radio stations out there that stream KILLER playlists without any work needed by you. Just plug and play (and the needle never skips at the end) |
Re: McIntosh Turntable
I can't get over the hokie retro look to their gear, and to my eyes the turntable epitomised that look, so I am sure it will appeal to many a Mc lovers.

Re: McIntosh Turntable
McIntosh sells SO MUCH more high end gear than the review darlings - you would be shocked.
I have heard $15,000,000 per year. (not confirmed) |
Re: McIntosh Turntable
Good for them!
It's still ugly! |
Re: McIntosh Turntable
They do make an Internet Radio. It's part of the MS750 music server.

Re: McIntosh Turntable
Yes Jerry, I saw this online previewed with their new AP1000 pre/pro processor with room correction offering broadcast quality that no one else has. Re-locating where the speakers are coming from, mates with the VP1000 video scaler, converter. Supposedly the first 2 zone scaler.
Great stuff. |
