I sold my collection of vintage Jimi Hendrix records

I bought a small collection of LPs including almost 100 Jimi Hendrix records before I could ever play them.

The addition of a phono stage and or squeezing a Linn player into my rack became too expesnive and difficult.

I miss them already. In fact, I took a bath selling them.

I used to colllect everything Hendrix I could find.. Where did you find 100 albums and why did you sell them!

I was young and I needed the money?

Actually, I was never going to play them. They were just sitting in the office.

I still have Hendrix in the West which is pretty hard to find. I have nothing to play it on. I also sold all of my Pink Floyd and Zeppelin first pressings. Beatles too.

Wow, that is kinda rough Jerry. But, I remember trading my equipment and most of my vinyl a few years ago, early in my marriage. It is certainly not what you want to do. At least, you can replace some of the Zepplin and Jimi on cd now.

Thorens still makes excellent turntables at reasonable prices if you are looking for a good inexpensive player.
