Calibration di i need it?
Hi guys Johhny here i am getting in to making short films i am using mac pro 4.1 with premiere pro cs6 and dell Ultrasharp U2410 Monitor with canon 60d for video. My work will primarily be displayed on the web in full HD on viemo. Now my question is do i need to calibrate my monitor for color or it wont really make a difference since its not for professional broadcast market. What i am thinking is should i spend money on xrite i1desplay pro or buy a good lens for my camera.

I wouldn't bother with calibration. You can pick up a Spyder on ebay pretty cheap (under $100) and do it yourself if you are worried. But since most people will be viewing your work on un-calibrated monitors, seems like a waste.
