dvdo vp50 help
tried iscan vp50_v1.09.abt software download. all went well untill i sent file. file transferred to 1225 bytes and stopped, vp50 went dead, no lights, no power, nothing on pc, not able to get any further with anything. unit remains useless. tried contacting anchor bay by land line and email for a few weeks and they don't respond either. kind of stuck swapping cables in rack untill straightened out. hepl. thanks, don
