I am kind of a fanatic, and prefer full range speakers for my surrounds.
What do you think?? Are bookshelves OK by you or do you want the same speakers as your fronts to control the sound??

I first would recommend trying it both ways, but really you will do better with all speakers being similar, as in same line from same manufacturer. The timber balance and varying response to input signal ,makes mating different speakers well extremely difficult, if not impossible.

I run all my speakers full range. I figure if the go down to 40Hz that's just fine. But I believe that if you can get better bass response by using bass management then you should go for it. Sometimes full range works best and sometimes not. It all depends on the room and placement.

I have a Aerial 8B fronts and Aerial CC5 center and Aerial Surround speakers do i run all speakers full and at what crossovers? Also at what crossover do i run my 2 Sunfire Subs through the Integra DTC-9.8 Processor? I had a Lexicon and ran fronts large and center small and surrounds small .I ran crossovers at 80 Hz . Hope to get an opinion .
