Yes kenny, very, very, expensive. But, do you remember, at HE2007, one of the best rooms to me was, Chord electronics with the top of the line KEF speakers.
And, they were playing real music!! No demo discs. Contemporary and modern jazz.

Great sound from that combo.

That was a great room, but I thought the 207's still had a bit of an edge to them, maybe it was the room, I liked the Chord amps with Tetra speakers @ THE 2005 better.

How'd you like the price tag of that CD player?? $28K!

McIntosh is as alluring on the eyes as it is for the ears. And the B&W's are nice to look at too ;-)

I'm a sucker for PASS amps as well. I *LOVE* those heatsinks. I'm actually using one that's somewhat similar for an unrelated to HT project:
