I believe you are right Moose, silver does oxidize very quickly and will interfere with conductance significantly unless routinely cleaned, whereas gold doesn't....

thatīs right...nothing like the real thing.
i dont no if it is alredy out in the states,but the new dvd from Genesis is just amazing,great sound in stereo and very good picture,for all Genesis fans dont miss this one...

I just watched the Yes: Live at Montreux on HD DVD using DTS HD High Resolution Audio.

It's official, I am a high res audio codec junky now!!! It is the closest thing to live I have heard!

I have the Yes concert live at Montreaux in blu ray and itīs one of the best concerts i have.i love Rick Wakeman solo and the jam between Chris Squire and Alan White its amazing.
iīm a great fan of Progressive rock,hard rock and some heavy metal.

I agree though except for the child like smile at the end of "Clap" Squire looks pretty dorky.

Rick Wakeman is amazing, and I loved how Steve Howe who looks like an aged grandmother plays with such total ease.

Squire is a great bass player,but crazy as hell...i saw them in Madrid some years ago and in Lisbon,they are fantastic live,long live Yes.
Steve Howe is the guitar player of yes but i love Trevor Rabin to,is more for the heavy side and gives a diferent kick to Yes sound.
