2 years after upgrading my speakers I finallly got around to taking some new photos of these "new" Paradigm Signature (v1) speakers for my Photo Album.
S8 v1 left/right, C5 center, ADP Surrounds, and an older Studio Servo-15 sub. Here are some of the 'sexy speaker' shots that people seem to like: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Photos in the original post above have been updated as well. I still need to wrap them up with some velvet-like fabric like I had with my old speakers so as to cut light reflection as light bounce off the side speakers is distracting at times from the viewing seat. The ideal setup would be completely recessed (hidden) speakers but that's not going to be happen for my any time soon as it would require a completely dedicated HT. Kal

Kal,
Great job. It's nice to see good work and great that you took the time to give advice and explain how you did what you did. I think this is what this forum should be about!!! |

Thanks guys! I like to document what I do as I can't ever remember myself... so it's not just for everyone else that I write up procedures.

Pros -
Love the bar! Nicely integrated into the room - that's rarely the case. I'd be just as happy to sit there as to watch a movie. -nice gear! Gotta love the Blu-Ray too. Bet it looks and sound great. The best CRT's are definitely underrated. Like vinyl, there's life in older tech that has had a chance to be perfected. Bet there's some nice black levels, and no refresh rate problems. -Looks comfy! -Excellent media storage. Nice and out of the way, but easily accessible. Media storage is my bane. Cons - Hmmm...I think the only one I can think of is that IT'S NOT MINE! Nice job. How do you motivate yourself to leave?? |
