He set-up the sub in just 45 minutes. After that he just stayed over to enjoy the music and movie demos that is all.

I understand now. I mis-read. 45 minutes makes a lot more sense.

So, are you using the balanced connections?

Yes this dealer is great and very reasonable pricing wise. I am not using balanced as I was getting some hum noise, when I switched to RCA the humming noise went away completely.

That is bizarre, usually XLR cable will remove hum...... Hummmmmmmm...

That's what I was thinking. My experience has always been balanced removing hum.
