Re: What material to stuff inside drywall cavbity?
Take a look at mineral fiber for the "inside wall" solution. Whoever mentioned the Z channel was worth noting. It's also called resilient channel, and a sandwich of different thickness sheetrock with Sheetblock will keep the sound from bleeding pretty darn well.
Auralex offers all of this stuff, and also does provide advice as well. |
