Sony KDS-R50XBR1 yellow stain

Our KDS-R70XBR2 developed a green tint just over the few past days. It is most evident on B&W material in areas which should be grey but are instead now green.

I have an extended warranty on this set. Should I contact the extended warranty company, or should I contact Sony directly? I suspect the former.

Since Sony has extended the warranty on the optical blocks you need to call Sony, if you contact the extend warranty company they will tell you they do not cover problems still covered by the factory warranty.

Factory warranties are really easy to get fix.
