Heart broken

Hi all.
Not sure if this is the right place for my broblem, if not maybe someone can direct me in the right direction.
I have an old but expensive stereo system, a/d/s PA4 amplifier and CC4 tuner control unit.
The CC4 has finally stoped working, and I'm told it needs a new microprocessor, part #VS186009 and HD61408sa89 ( not sure about the last part number )
Nobody in my home town is able to help. Is there anyone on this forum that might have some ideas or suggestions.
